My older sister(19) is coming home in a few weeks and my mom got both me and my sister appointments for a haircut. My sister is thinking of doing a scene cut, except her hair's curly and she has no flat iron. So she needs some more ideas. She has naturally red, curly, fine hair about 2-3 inches below her shoulders. What style should she get?

I don't know why all scene kids have to look the same. If she's got curly red hair and she's thinking about dying it, tell her to keep it! Redheads are a dying breed!

It's easy to alter, too. You could do some braided pigtails if they're long enough or a loose ponytail--this hairstyle still says "scene" to me:
